In this full-time role, you will serve as the Risk Manager for HR platforms. With 5+ years of relevant experience, you’ll support cross-functional collaborations to meet enterprise risk obligations. Your expertise in risk management processes will ensure that emerging digital capabilities are responsibly adopted and compliant.

Key Responsibilities:
• Build knowledge of HR systems and manage risk activities
• Serve as a point of contact for Risk Owners and auditors
• Monitor third-party vendor risks and compliance




• Foster risk awareness and provide necessary training
• Track and manage audit findings and remediation efforts

Requirements:
• Minimum 5 years in IT risk or HR technology
• Robust grasp of compliance and governance requirements
• Proven experience in audit evidence gathering
• Critical thinking and problem-solving capabilities
• Adaptable to changing priorities
