Lead site-level trials from preparation to execution and follow-up
Validate R&D; specifications for local compliance

Collaborate on recent technical standards with various teams
Requirements:
5+ years of experience in a manufacturing setup
Proficient in packaging machinery and systems
Lean/Six Sigma certification is a plus
Excellent problem-solving and communication abilities
Ability to travel up to 20%
