Peer Support South East Ontario (PSSEO), located in Belleville , provides support and services within South East Ontario to people who are living with addiction and/or mental health issues and seeking Peer Support as a ways and means of managing and working toward being well.
PSSEO is seeking 2 Part Time Community Support Worker to join their team serving the CMHA Hart Hub in Belleville.
Responsibilities: One on One Support
Group Facilitation
Advocacy
Wellness Planning
Documentation
Skills/Qualifications: Preferred post-secondary diploma or degree




Lived experience with concurrent disorder and addiction recovery
Up to date training in crisis prevention/ Protected Management training, First Aid and wellness recovery, action planning
Ability to attend work regularly with good attendance
Excellent interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently
A clean criminal record check with vulnerable person screening
Additional Information: Rotating shifts 12PM-4PM/ 4PM-8PM with 7 days a week availability
Start date of October 1 or earlier
Salary as per Collective Agreement: $20-$37
