Starlight Investments is seeking a Senior Project Manager to oversee capital expenditures and multi-residential projects. Drive excellence in project delivery across the Greater Toronto Area.

In this role, you will ensure the successful execution of capital expenditure projects within Starlight Investments’ Canadian Residential division. Your primary focus will be to manage project scope, timelines, and stakeholder collaborations effectively. A strategic mindset is crucial as you navigate challenges and ensure compliance with all standards and regulations.

Key Responsibilities:
• Lead project planning and define scope, deliverables, and timelines
• Manage project execution and provide leadership to teams
• Communicate project status and stakeholder updates regularly




• Administer procurement and conduct contractor evaluations
• Track and report on project performance against goals

Requirements:
• Minimum 5 years of relevant project management experience
• Skilled in reading architectural and construction documents
• Proficient in MS Project and knowledge of contract practices
• Excellent analytical and communication abilities
• Valid driver’s license and personal vehicle for site travel
