In this pivotal role at World Vision Canada, you’ll contribute to effective governance practices and support the Board's work. You will collaborate with the President & CEO, ensuring statutory obligations and charity requirements are met while enhancing Board effectiveness. Your guidance will be essential in shaping informed decisions and strengthening accountability to stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
Advise on governance policies and statutory obligations
Support Board Chair and Committees in evaluations
Oversee annual governance calendar and meeting arrangements




Track compliance and coordinate external audit inputs
Maintain accurate records and governance communications
Requirements:
Education in business administration or related field
At least 5 years of relevant experience in governance
Knowledge of Canadian non-profit sector is an advantage
Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
Strong written and verbal communication skills
