Account Executive – HVAC Lower Mainland

We’re recruiting for an experienced HVAC sales skilled to take ownership of a key territory covering Lower Mainland Vancouver.

This is a true outside sales/business development role for someone who enjoys being in the field, developing new relationships and winning business. You’ll spend approximately 80% of your time in the market, working directly with HVAC contractors, builders and key industry decision-makers.

What you’ll be doing:
Identify and develop new business opportunities
Build and grow relationships with HVAC contractors and builders
Develop and execute territory sales strategies
Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting through close
Grow existing accounts while expanding market share
Recruit and develop new authorized dealers
Represent the organization at HVAC industry events and associations




Track pipeline, sales and territory performance using Salesforce

What we’re looking for:
Proven outside sales or business development experience
Robust HVAC and/or construction industry knowledge
Demonstrated success winning recent business and growing a territory
Strong relationships within the HVAC contractor market are a definite asset
Excellent communication, negotiation and relationship-building skills
Self-motivated and comfortable managing a large geographic territory
