Position Summary

Traferox Technologies is seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Warehouse & Logistics Coordinator to support the productive flow of materials, inventory, and finished goods within a regulated medical device setting. This role is responsible for receiving, storing, controlling, and shipping inventory while ensuring full traceability, quality compliance, and accurate inventory records. The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting supply chain operations,



quality management requirements, and the timely distribution of products that contribute to life-saving transplant technologies.

Working closely with Supply Chain, Quality Control, and Finance, the Warehouse & Logistics Coordinator will manage inbound and outbound shipments, maintain inventory accuracy within the ERP system, coordinate domestic and international logistics, and ensure compliance with applicable shipping, storage, and quality standards. This position also supports quality inspections, material status controls, returns and recalls processes, temperature-controlled storage requirements, and continuous warehouse organization and safety initiatives.
