Become the key point of member support as a Member Services Representative at Coast Capital's Strawberry Hill Branch. Your mission is to deliver exceptional service and financial guidance.

In this full time position, you'll work a minimum of 15 hours weekly, including Mondays and Saturdays. Your proactive approach will help deepen member relationships, ensuring they feel understood and valued. Engage in meaningful conversations about finances and suggest alternate banking solutions to enhance their experience.

You will also work collaboratively with your team to ensure every member's needs are met adeptly.
