Compensation
$113,000 - $142,000, commensurate with experience

Responsibilities
Independently handle smaller files from open to close while assisting senior lawyers on a diverse range of complex disputes, ranging from commercial disputes, insurance liability issues, real estate disputes, personal injury matters, estate litigation, and more
Appear in court and contribute to hearings and other litigation processes (meaningful courtroom / trial exposure is expected)

Qualifications




Be called to the BC Bar and be in valuable standing
1 - 3 years of post call experience with a focus on general litigation
Excellent drafting and interpersonal communication skills
Willing and eager to learn and engage with the work!
