Now Developer to join our team in a fully remote role across Canada.

The ideal candidate will have solid hands-on experience with the Service

Now platform, particularly ITSM , development, scripting, workflow automation, and system integrations.

The candidate will work closely with business analysts, architects, and technical teams to design, develop, configure, test, and maintain scalable Service

Now solutions.

Key Responsibilities Design, develop, configure, and enhance Service

Now applications and modules.

Work extensively with Service

Now ITSM modules such as Incident, Problem, Change, Request, and Service Catalog.

Develop and maintain Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Policies, UI Actions, Script Includes, Notifications, and ACLs .

Build workflows and automation using Flow Designer / Workflow Editor .

Develop and maintain integrations using REST APIs, SOAP, Integration

Hub, Import Sets, and Transform Maps .

Configure forms, fields, tables, catalog items, workflows, dashboards, and reports.

Develop and customize Service Portal / UI components using Java

Script, HTML, CSS, and AngularJS where required.

Troubleshoot platform issues and perform root-cause analysis.

Participate in testing, deployments, upgrades, code reviews, and production support.

Translate business requirements into technical solutions and Service

Now configurations.

Follow Service

Now development standards and best practices, with preference for out-of-the-box functionality over unnecessary customization.

Collaborate with distributed Agile teams, stakeholders, architects, and business users.

Prepare and maintain technical documentation.

Strong experience with Service

Now ITSM .

Strong knowledge of Java

Script and Glide scripting/API .

Experience with: Business Rules Client Scripts UI Policies UI Actions Script Includes ACLs Flow Designer Service Catalog Notifications Hands-on experience with REST/SOAP integrations .

Experience with Integration

Hub, Import Sets, and Transform Maps .

Understanding of Service

Now development, configuration, testing, and deployment processes.

Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.

Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.

Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment.

Preferred Qualifications Service

Now CSA (Certified System Administrator) certification.

Service

Now CAD (Certified Application Developer) certification. CIS-ITSM certification.

Experience with ITOM, ITAM, CSM, HRSD, Sec

Ops, or CMDB .

Experience with Service Portal, UI Builder, or Configurable Workspaces.

Experience with Automated Test Framework ( ATF ).

Experience working with enterprise-level Service

Now implementations.

Education Bachelor''s degree or diploma in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field is preferred.

Equivalent professional experience will also be considered.

Remote Work Requirements Must be legally authorized to work in Canada .

Must be available to work Canadian business hours as required.

Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Ability to collaborate effectively with remote teams across different time zones.
