Turn forecasts and financial analysis into concrete recommendations for leadership.





Work with outside experts (tax, IT, innovation) on strategic projects.

Financial and accounting management Oversee the full accounting function accounts receivable and payable, general ledger, payroll.

Deliver reliable, on-time financial statements in accordance with ASPE standards.

Lead monthly and annual closings.

Governance and continuous improvement Put in place the internal controls and policies that protect the company.

Ensure compliance with federal and provincial financial requirements.

Spot efficiency gains inventory, automation, workflow. WHAT YOU BRING Accounting degree + CPA designation. 5+ years in accounting (public practice experience an asset).

Solid grasp of Canadian accounting standards.

Leadership, communication, and problem-solving instincts.
