With your warm approach and the quality of your remote advisory services, you serve as the first point of contact for recent clients who begin their relationship with National Bank after obtaining mortgage financing through an external mortgage broker.

Your Role Deliver a high-quality client experience by clearly explaining and simplifying information related to new mortgage financing through various communication channels.

Identify clients needs and direct them to the distribution channel best suited to their situation, fostering stronger engagement with the Bank.

Stay informed about trends and developments in the Canadian financial industry in order to recommend relevant and tailored solutions.

Develop in-depth expertise in the Banks products and services and demonstrate their advantages based on clients specific needs.

Your Team You will be part of a growing team that is passionate about financial advice and client relationships.

Reporting to the Manager, you will benefit from a structured development program and tailored coaching designed to deepen your knowledge of the Banks solutions and enhance your advisory approach.





Your work schedule is generally Monday to Thursday from 9:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. and Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.

The schedule is variable and communicated three weeks in advance.

It includes one evening per week until 8:00 p.m.

Requirements College diploma (DEC) with three years of experience, or a university certificate with two years of experience, or a bachelors degree with one year of experience.

Experience providing client support in an advisory role, ideally within the financial services industry.

Knowledge of mortgage products.

Ability to collaborate with multiple stakeholders, including external partners.

Interest in making outbound calls for business development purposes.

Ability to thrive in a transforming environment and navigate ambiguity.
