As a Plant Controller, You will transform financial data into analyses, recommendations, and action plans to support business decisions and improve the plants performance.

What you will accomplish daily: Provide financial leadership for the plant by identifying risks, opportunities, and performance gaps, and recommending concrete action plans Lead the annual budgeting process, financial forecasts,



and performance analyses Develop management tools and performance indicators to support managers in achieving their financial objectives Act as a business partner to managers by providing financial analyses, recommendations, and strategic advice that drive plant performance Produce financial analyses that explain results, identify the root causes of variances, and support fast, informed decision-making Ensure the integrity of financial data, internal controls, and accounting processes in accordance with company standards Oversee financial closing activities, capital expenditures (CAPEX), and plant investment projects Mobilize, develop, and support the Finance team by fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement Work closely with corporate teams to ensure the implementation of financial initiatives and proactive communication of business issues What you need to join our team: Bachelors degree in accounting, finance, or business administration CPA designation (a strong asset) Minimum of 8 years of finance experience in a manufacturing environment Significant experience in team management and development Excellent command of SAP and Excel Bilingualism (French and English) to interact regularly with corporate teams in Canada and internationally Why join us: At Yoplait Libert, we offer a human, inclusive, and respectful work workplace where collaboration, flexibility, and development are at the heart of our culture.
