Work Term: Permanent Work Language: French Hours: 40 hours per week Education: Registered Apprenticeship certificate Experience: 3 years to less than 5 years Tasks Arrange the bar area to make attractive displays Organize the operations of a cocktail lounge or bar Clean bar area and wash glassware Advise on wine selection Supervise food and beverage servers and other staff Provide recommendations on drink selections Train staff Collect cash, credit/debit cards or other payment for beverages Store beverage and food products Order bar stock and maintain inventory and control of bar stock Prepare mixed drinks, wine, draft or bottled beer and non-alcoholic beverages Take beverage orders from serving staff or directly from patrons Advise on wine selection and serve wine Resolve conflict situations Describe and advise on wine selection Certificates, licences, memberships,
