Power Line Technician OR Apprenticeship The successful candidate must have: Grade XII education including math and science Personal suitability Additional education would be an asset (in a related field) The successful candidate would be required to: Work outside normal hours on call Work at heights on distribution equipment Have the ability to work in a physical demanding setting Be able to climb poles Be able to acquire a “DZ” class driver’s license If applicable complete a four year apprenticeship program which includes on the job training as well as formal instructions in theory and skills We thank all applicants, however, only those selected for interviews will be contacted.
