Key ResponsibilitiesGather, document, and analyze business and functional requirements from stakeholders.Translate business needs into technical specifications and user stories for development teams.Conduct process mapping, gap analysis, and workflow modeling to identify areas for improvement.Facilitate workshops, meetings, and interviews with business users to elicit requirements and validate solutions.Collaborate with product managers, developers, QA engineers, and project managers throughout the SDLC.Prepare Business Requirement Documents (BRDs), Functional Requirement Documents (FRDs), and Use Cases.Support the development of test plans and user acceptance testing (UAT) by validating requirements and ensuring successful implementation.Analyze data to identify trends, risks, and performance improvement opportunities.Act as a liaison between technical teams and business users to ensure transparent communication and solution alignment.Participate in Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, daily stand-ups,
