CAMH is looking for motivated Research Analysts with a mental health background. This role, positioned in the Schizophrenia Division, involves critical data management and recruitment tasks.

This full-time contract position, lasting 12 months, invites those with a Bachelor’s degree in global health or similar, along with a year of practical research experience. You will help maintain essential databases, track recruitment metrics, and collaborate closely with clinical teams to ensure comprehensive participant care and research efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:
• Manage and conduct data analysis for ongoing studies
• Track referral processes and evaluate recruitment effectiveness
• Engage and support study participants throughout their journey




• Coordinate appointments and procedures with clinics
• Assist in the preparation of ethics board submissions

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in relevant field
• One year of research or clinical experience preferred
• Familiarity with clinical assessments and data collection
• Strong aptitude in standard software applications
• Team-oriented mindset with excellent communication skills
