This newly created position reports directly to the Facilities Supervisor. The Facilities Maintenance Associate is tasked with the vital role of keeping the Municipal Administrative Centre and Main Branch Library in pristine condition. Ideal candidates should be knowledgeable in custodial services and maintenance procedures while having a passion for community engagement and support.

Key Responsibilities:
• Keep municipal facilities and grounds clean and orderly
• Execute heavy cleaning tasks for various surfaces




• Perform exterior maintenance and snow management
• Utilize floor cleaning equipment effectively
• Respond promptly to community service requests

Requirements:
• High School Diploma or relevant experience
• Solid custodial and maintenance knowledge required
• Proficient in using cleaning equipment
• Possession of safety certifications such as First Aid
• Authorized to work legally in Canada
