Humber River Health is hiring a Registered Nurse for the Acute Medicine Unit, located at the Wilson site. In this role, you will care for general medicine and geriatric patients, plan coordinated care with a dedicated team, and document patient interactions using advanced technology. Participation in hospital initiatives and mentoring nursing students are key aspects of this position.

Key Responsibilities:
• Provide clinical care for geriatric and medical inpatients
• Coordinate with multidisciplinary care teams




• Use computerized systems for patient documentation
• Lead and participate in hospital committees
• Mentor new hires and nursing students

Requirements:
• Valid RN registration with the College of Nurses of Ontario
• Current BCLS certification required
• 2 years of medical/surgical experience preferred
• Demonstrated organizational and assessment skills
• Excellent attendance and communication record
