Key Responsibilities:
• Guide teams in developing secure, maintainable solutions
• Participate in all design, development, and deployment phases
• Collaborate with architects and analysts to achieve consistency




• Conduct assessments and recommend optimizations for performance
• Manage risks and plan objectives for successful deliveries

Requirements:
• Minimum of eight years software development experience
• Six years using Guidewire technology
• Proven three years in a technical leadership role
• Guidewire ACE certification is required
• Experience with Agile methodologies and CI/CD practices
