Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years or equivalent experience Tasks Implement current administrative procedures Review and evaluate new administrative procedures Delegate work to office support staff Establish work priorities and ensure procedures are followed and deadlines are met Carry out administrative activities of establishment Co-ordinate and plan for office services such as accommodation, relocation, equipment, supplies, forms, disposal of assets, parking, maintenance and security services Perform data entry Oversee and co-ordinate office administrative procedures Resolve conflict situations Support for persons with disabilities Provides physical accessibility accommodations (for example: ramps, elevators, etc.)
Support for newcomers and refugees Participates in a government or community program or initiative that supports newcomers and/or refugees Support for youths Offers mentorship, coaching and/or networking opportunities for youth Support for Veterans Participates in a government or community program or initiative that supports Veterans Support for Indigenous people Participates in a government or community program or initiative that supports Indigenous people Support for mature workers Participates in a government or community program or initiative that supports mature workers Supports for visible minorities Participates in a government or community program or initiative that supports members of visible minorities Work Term: Permanent Work Language: English Hours: 30 to 40 hours per week
