Manager, FP& A (Mississauga) The Opportunity Our client is seeking a high-impact Manager, FP& A to partner closely with senior leadership and drive strategic financial planning.

This role offers strong visibility across the business, leading forecasting, budgeting, and long-term planning while delivering actionable insights to support growth and performance.

Key Responsibilities Lead long-term financial planning , including maintaining and enhancing strategic models Own quarterly forecasting and annual budgeting cycles across business units Deliver variance analysis (actuals vs. budget/forecast) with explicit insight into key drivers Partner with business leaders to evaluate risks, opportunities, and investment decisions Develop scenario and sensitivity analyses to support strategic initiatives and capital allocation Oversee month-end reporting for corporate overhead and present results to executive leadership Prepare high-quality management reports, dashboards, and board-level materials Support investor-facing processes , including financial models and external reporting alignment Drive process improvements and support ad hoc analysis and special projects Provide guidance and mentorship to junior team members
