Key Responsibilities Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company targets for property sales nationwide.
Lead, manage, and mentor a remote team of real estate agents , fostering a collaborative and results-driven workplace.
Recruit, train, and onboard new sales agents, ensuring they are equipped with the necessary skills and knowledge.
Monitor sales performance, analyze data, and provide regular reports to senior management.
Oversee the entire sales process,



from lead generation and client acquisition to closing deals.
Ensure compliance with all real estate regulations and company policies.
Requirements Proven track record in real estate sales with significant experience in sales management.
Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate a remote sales team effectively.
