About the Role Our client is looking for a skilled and dedicated Legal Practitioner specializing in Property Law to join their reputable firm in Kimberley . This role is essential for managing all aspects of property transactions, from drafting agreements to facilitating registrations, ensuring legal compliance and client satisfaction. You will handle a diverse portfolio of property-related matters. This hybrid role offers the convenience of both office-based work in Kimberley and remote flexibility, allowing for efficient case management and client service.
Key Responsibilities Draft, review, and negotiate offers to purchase, sale agreements, and lease agreements.
Handle all aspects of conveyancing, including the transfer of property and registration of bonds.
Provide legal advice on property development, zoning, and land use matters.
Conduct due diligence investigations on property titles and related documentation.
Represent clients in property disputes and litigation when necessary.




Maintain robust relationships with clients, estate agents, and financial institutions.
Requirements Admitted Attorney or Conveyancer with specialized experience in Property Law.
Minimum of 5 years of post-admission experience in property law matters.
Proficiency in conveyancing procedures and property legislation.
Excellent drafting, negotiation, and client management skills.
Strong understanding of property market dynamics and related risks.
Ability to manage workload effectively in a hybrid environment.
