• Ensure tools and the shop are organized and clean
• Conduct checks on equipment, reporting issues
• Assist mechanics with seasonal preparations and repairs
• Support general shop and yard duties as required

Requirements:
• Mechanical experience or relevant skills preferred
• High school diploma or equivalent qualifications
• Reliable, hardworking, and adaptable
• Comfort with working indoors and outdoors
• Capable of lifting 50 lbs and performing physical tasks
