Ledcor Highways Ltd. is looking for motivated individuals for seasonal maintenance of Ontario highways. This role is for those with a DZ or AZ license passionate about safety and community. Maintain roads using snowplow trucks and other equipment through physically demanding tasks while working in diverse weather conditions.
Key Responsibilities:
• Operate heavy machinery for highway maintenance tasks
• Perform various repair work including pothole and signage repairs
• Work outside during all seasons and conditions
• Complete laborer duties as required in highway upkeep
• Follow safety guidelines effectively while on the job
Requirements:
• Possess a valid AZ or DZ driver’s license with air endorsement
• Physically capable of handling heavy loads of 50 lbs
• Provide a commercial driver’s abstract covering 3 years
• Experience with snowplow trucks is a significant asset
• Willingness to work wide-ranging shifts, including nights and weekends
