Support the daily lives of Residents at Emerald Gardens as a Health Care Aide. This casual role focuses on providing compassionate care that enriches the well-being of each individual.

In this position, you will directly impact Residents by assisting with their personal care needs, social activities, and overall independence. You'll work closely with the Care Manager, ensuring adherence to policies while offering a safe, caring setting. Building therapeutic relationships with Residents and their families is central to this role.

Key Responsibilities:
• Provide personalized care as per individual plans
• Foster relationships based on respect and communication
• Document care details and monitor Resident health




• Facilitate participation in physical and recreational activities
• Help maintain safe and clean living conditions

Requirements:
• Completion of an accredited Health Care Aide program
• Current registration with Alberta's CLHA
• Recent Criminal Record Check with Vulnerable Sector
• Ability to communicate effectively in English
• Capacity to manage physical and emotional challenges
