Your background of at least three years in formwork projects will be critical in delivering accurate estimates and setting the stages for long-term partnerships in our industry.
Key Responsibilities:
• Gather labor, material, and equipment estimates
• Collaborate with virtual construction and project teams
• Analyze project labor needs and facilitate budget plans
• Identify cost efficiencies in design reviews
• Conduct thorough scope reviews for estimate accuracy
Requirements:
• Minimum three years' experience in concrete projects
• Exceptional attention to detail for accuracy
• Proficient with Excel and digital takeoff tools
• Familiar with trade practices and market trends
• Degree or certificate in relevant construction disciplines
