Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct thorough investigations of discrimination and harassment cases
• Manage the budget and staffing for operational plans
• Develop and deliver educational workshops
• Supervise trauma-informed support services
• Prepare reports on compliance and case trends

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s Degree; Master’s preferred
• At least five years’ relevant experience
• In-depth knowledge of Human Rights and equity legislation
• Leadership and analytical thinking skills
• Bilingual in French and English, essential
