• Ensure setup and validation of welding machinery
• Document and monitor facility-wide welding quality
• Act as a resource for troubleshooting welding issues
Requirements:
• Education in Materials, Mechanical, Electrical, or Welding Engineering
• Welding & Joining Specialization is an asset
• Hands-on experience with welding processes is highly preferred
• Supervisory experience valuable in this role
• Knowledge of welding inspection methods required
