Clio is hiring a Data Modeller to enhance our Business Operations Team in Vancouver, Calgary, or Toronto. You'll create dependable data models that enable effective decision-making throughout the organization.

Your primary task will be to transform complex data into structured models using tools like dbt. This role will have you collaborating with various departments to translate business queries into actionable datasets while ensuring data reliability and quality. You'll contribute meaningfully to the data modeling best practices within Clio’s analytics ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities:
• Transform raw data into models that support analytics and reporting
• Work with Product and Finance teams to fulfill data needs




• Monitor data quality and develop validation tests
• Promote governance standards for data practices
• Use AI development tools to streamline modeling

Requirements:
• 2–4 years in analytics engineering or related field
• Proficient in SQL and database fundamentals
• Experience with dbt or similar frameworks is advantageous
• Knowledge of cloud data services like Snowflake
• Familiarity with up-to-date BI tools like Looker
