As the Bus Operations Manager, you will be at the forefront of coordinating and improving the GO Transit Bus Network operations. This vital role involves ensuring that operations meet or exceed customer performance standards and maintaining compliance with health and safety regulations. You will oversee the operational integration and provide leadership in the recruitment and training of staff.

Key Responsibilities:
• Manage the operation of the East Region bus network
• Evaluate compliance with safety and environmental legislation
• Implement and monitor operational performance indicators




• Lead the development of accessible services and training programs
• Respond to customer inquiries and improve service delivery

Requirements:
• Post-secondary education in Business Administration or related discipline
• Leadership experience managing bus transit networks
• Valid CZ driver’s license with a satisfactory record
• Solid grasp of operational metrics and targets
• Experience with bargaining unit management and negotiations
