WaitWell is seeking an organized Event Specialist to coordinate and execute its presence at conferences across government, higher education, healthcare, and other key verticals. You will plan calendars, manage logistics, and ensure booth materials and team readiness to generate pipeline.
You will travel 8–12 times per year and collaborate with the growth marketing team to execute vertical growth strategies. The role is hybrid with a Calgary base and in office and remote work options.
