Seek an impactful role as an Inspector managing quality control of painted parts at our facility. The position is available for the Night Shift from 11:00 pm to 7:00 am, Sunday to Thursday.

In this position, you will oversee advanced inspections and manage defect corrections with little supervision. Your role will incorporate training of junior staff and maintaining documentation relevant to production and quality metrics. Lead process optimizations to ensure smooth operation workflow while upholding material handling practices.

Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee advanced inspections of painted components
• Manage complex rework duties and quality adherence
• Document workflow and quality control metrics accurately
• Train and mentor less experienced team members
• Optimize production processes and part sequencing

Requirements:
• High school diploma or equivalent
• 2-3 years in production or manufacturing settings
• Solid knowledge of finishing and paint inspection
• Proficiency in quality compliance monitoring
• Excellent documentation and tracking abilities
