Key Responsibilities:
• Support project managers with administrative tasks
• Coordinate project workflows with subcontractors
• Prepare project bids and manage quotations
• Review and interpret plumbing drawings




• Maintain organized project files and documentation

Requirements:
• 2–3 years of project coordination experience in plumbing
• Strong skills in reading mechanical specifications
• Proven ability to handle procurement and supplier communications
• Solid organizational and attention-to-detail skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, experience with Procore is an asset
