Reporting to the Active Living Manager, you will lead comprehensive recreation services tailored to enhance residents' wellness. This role includes assessment, program development, and ensuring high-quality service standards. You will promote resident independence and actively support their right to choose leisure opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee day-to-day therapeutic recreation coordination
• Perform initial and ongoing assessments for residents
• Facilitate resident-centered recreational programs




• Create and distribute monthly calendars of events
• Ensure compliance with all relevant standards and regulations

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s in Recreation Therapy or related area
• Minimum three years working with senior populations
• Certification in wellness interventions is an asset
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and electronic records
• Current CPR/First Aid Certification and VPS
