Working with Bimbo Canada's two Winnipeg facilities, you’ll oversee multiple HR initiatives and guide labor relations strategies. Your role will focus on developing robust connections with associates while providing essential HR support to optimize engagement and productivity. Contribute to the organization’s culture by facilitating training and resolving personnel concerns efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide HR guidance across client groups
• Lead grievance resolution processes
• Manage hourly staffing and recruitment operations
• Conduct training presentations to stakeholders
• Support claims management for leave of absences
Requirements:
• 3-5 years in human relations, preferably in a manufacturing setting
• Strong coaching and conflict management skills
• Relevant post-secondary education in HR management
• Proven ability to handle sensitive situations with discernment
• High proficiency in Microsoft Office and HRIS systems
