Dental Choice is seeking Hygiene Coordinator to join our growing team.
We are looking for a passionate and motivated hygiene coordinator to take ownership of our hygiene schedule and help build a thriving hygiene program. This role is ideal for someone who loves dentistry, enjoys connecting with patients, and is confident in taking initiative.

This is an exciting opportunity to work in a collaborative environment.

Full time Hours
Three dayshifts and Two evening shifts - No weekends
Key responsibilities:

Own and manage the hygiene schedule to maximize patient care and clinic capacity

Proactively fill openings, manage cancellations, and coordinate rebooking

Support hygiene production and retention goals

Build strong relationships with patients and encourage ongoing preventive care

Work closely with hygienists and the dental team to ensure an efficient, well-balanced schedule

Identify opportunities to improve the patient experience and grow the hygiene program





What We're Looking For:

Minimum 1 year of dental administration experience (Curve software knowledge is a bonus!)

Excellent communication skills with a friendly, professional, patient-first approach.

Organized, proactive, personable, and passionate about dentistry.

A friendly, team-focused attitude and a desire to learn and grow.
