Sales Account Manager
Location: Newmarket
Salary: £33,000 – £35,000 + OTE (£60,000) + Car Allowance
As a Sales Account Manager you will ensure regular contact with an assigned customer base, delivering exceptional customer service as well as identifying and developing new business opportunities. You will become the trusted partner for your customer base, and their main point of contact for all Communication, Data and IT needs.

Responsibilities:

Manage and develop relationships with an established portfolio of customers.

Remote review meetings, opportunity seeking and end-to-end sales process.

Identify up-sell and cross-sell opportunities within the assigned customer base with a view to hitting your sales target each month

Proactively identify and develop new business opportunities.

Generate and qualify current sales leads, maintaining a healthy pipeline of opportunities to support business growth.

Address customers’ needs and concerns as quickly and effectively as possible

Work alongside Provisioning and Support teams across the business to orchestrate the smoothest and best customer experience possible

Ensure escalations are raised within the business at the appropriate time to ensure the swiftest possible resolution.
