Key Responsibilities Source and purchase a diverse range of general goods required by various departments.
Evaluate potential suppliers based on price, quality, delivery capabilities, and reliability.
Negotiate favorable terms and conditions with suppliers to secure best value.
Prepare and process purchase orders accurately and efficiently.




Track order fulfillment and resolve any delivery or quality issues with suppliers.
Maintain up-to-date records of purchases, pricing, and supplier performance.
Requirements Proven experience in a Procurement Officer or Buyer role.
Familiarity with sourcing a wide variety of general goods and supplies.
Strong negotiation and communication skills.
Proficiency in procurement software and standard office applications.
Good organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Relevant qualification in Supply Chain Management or Business Administration is advantageous.
