Key Responsibilities:
• Offer first and second level tech support on-site and remotely
• Setup and maintain hardware and software systems




• Diagnose software/hardware problems and coordinate repairs
• Manage ITSM incident tickets with timely responses
• Assist in staff training and knowledge sharing

Requirements:
• DEC in a relevant specialty or equivalent
• Robust skills in troubleshooting IT issues
• Experience with audio-visual technologies
• Proficient in English (advanced) and French (intermediate)
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
