About the Role Our client is seeking an experienced and organized Social Program Coordinator to manage and enhance their community initiatives in Kimberley . This role is responsible for the planning, implementation, and evaluation of programs designed to meet the diverse social needs of the community. You will work closely with stakeholders, program beneficiaries, and internal teams to ensure programs are effective, effective, and impactful. Key Responsibilities Develop, implement, and manage social programs aligned with organizational goals.
Oversee program budgets, ensuring efficient resource allocation and financial reporting.
Monitor program progress and evaluate outcomes against established metrics.
Build and maintain solid relationships with community partners and stakeholders.
Coordinate program activities, including events, workshops,



and outreach efforts.
Supervise program staff and volunteers, providing guidance and support.
Requirements Proven experience in program management, preferably in the non-profit or social sector.
Strong understanding of social issues and community development principles.
Excellent leadership, organizational, and project management skills.
Effective communication, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities.
Experience with budget management and reporting.
Ability to work collaboratively in a hybrid environment, managing tasks both in-office and remotely.
