As an LPN within Wilp D'Mootxw - Nec'a Yikh 'The Healing House', you will support health and wellness for First Nations people. Your role includes collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to provide patient-centered care while addressing unique health challenges faced by these communities. You'll be expected to maintain high standards of nursing practice in line with BCCNM regulations.

Key Responsibilities:
• Implement trauma-informed, culturally secure nursing practices
• Coordinate care among team members and clients
• Provide education and support around health and wellness




• Facilitate access to both modern and traditional health services
• Participate in cultural safety training and development

Requirements:
• Current LPN registration with BCCNM
• Diploma in Practical Nursing from an accredited program
• Minimum of two years’ nursing experience in a First Nations setting
• Certifications in CPR and Advanced Foot Care, or intent to obtain
• Deep understanding of cultural safety in healthcare
