At MetCap Living Management Inc., we are looking for a two-person live-in Resident Manager team to oversee one of our key properties in Toronto. In this role, you'll engage in both physical and administrative duties including building inspections, tenant communication, and handling maintenance requests. Your commitment to quality service will directly impact resident satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:
• Perform daily life safety and maintenance inspections
• Manage rental payment collection and tenant correspondence
• Schedule maintenance and coordinate with suppliers




• Clean and maintain shared areas and vacant units
• Document and resolve tenant issues effectively

Requirements:
• Experience in cleaning and property maintenance
• Strong customer service approach in tenant relations
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs as tasks require
• Familiarity with administrative responsibilities in property management
• Enthusiasm for training and professional development
