Key Responsibilities Assess client needs and develop personalized support plans remotely.
Provide virtual guidance and advocacy for clients seeking resources.
Coordinate access to services such as housing assistance, employment support, and healthcare.
Maintain secure and confidential client records using digital systems.




Facilitate communication between clients and service providers via virtual channels.
Monitor client progress and adjust support plans as needed.
Requirements Bachelor's degree in Social Work, Psychology, Sociology, or a related field.
At least 2 years of experience in social services, case management, or a related support role.
Proven ability to work effectively and autonomously in a remote environment.
Strong digital literacy, including proficiency with communication platforms and case management software.
Excellent listening skills, empathy, and problem-solving abilities.
