Your newpany Our client, a well-established and growing construction organization, is seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager to oversee the successful delivery of Industrial,mercial, and Institutional (ICI) construction projects.

Your new role As the Construction Project Manager, you will be responsible for leading multiple construction projects while ensuring they are delivered safely, on schedule, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

You will collaborate with internal teams, subcontractors, consultants, and clients to drive project success and maintain strong stakeholder relationships.

Key responsibilities include: Managing the full project lifecycle from initiation to closeout.

Developing and maintaining project schedules, budgets, and cost forecasts.

Coordinating subcontractors, suppliers, and procurement activities.

Monitoring project performance and providing regular progress updates.

Managing contract administration, change orders, and project documentation.

Conducting site visits and ensuringpliance with health and safety requirements.

Identifying and resolving project challenges while minimizing risks and delays.

Leading meetings with project teams, consultants, and clients.





What you''ll need to succeed 3 to 5 years of experience managing ICI construction projects, predominantly ground-up projects from site servicing and foundations through to occupancy and project closeout.

Postsecondary education in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Architecture, Project Management, or a related discipline.

Strong ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications.

Thorough understanding of construction practices, building codes, regulations, and industry standards.

Experience with project management and estimating software, including Microsoft Office 365, Microsoft Project, Plan

Swift, AutoCAD, or similar platforms.

Strong knowledge of project budgeting, cost control, and forecasting.

Excellentmunication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.

Highly organized with strong attention to detail and documentation management capabilities.

Proven problem-solving and decision-making abilities inplex project environments.

Valid Ontario Driver''s Licence with a clean driving abstract.
