Adecco is currently hiring a Cabinet Maker for a full-time opportunity within a custom manufacturing environment in Calgary, AB.

This role is ideal for candidates with experience in cabinet making, woodworking, blueprint reading, production machining, and custom millwork.

Pay Rate: $33/hour Location: Calgary, AB Shift: Monday to Friday | 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM Job type: Permanent | Full-time Responsibilities: Cabinet Making & Production Read and interpret shop drawings, specifications, and work orders.

Create cut lists and prepare materials for production.

Set up and operate stationary woodworking machinery and power tools.

Accurately measure, cut, and fabricate custom wood components.

Quality Control & Material Handling Inspect materials for defects and ensure quality standards are met.

Verify dimensions, quantities, and specifications before processing.

Select appropriate wood, veneer, and materials for each project.

Prepare completed components for finishing and assembly.

Workflow & Team Support Coordinate production flow and prioritize work to meet deadlines.

Support process improvements while maintaining high-quality standards.

Mentor and provide guidance to Cabinet Maker apprentices.

Safety Follow all workplace safety procedures and machine guarding requirements.

Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.





Qualifications and Skills: Cabinet Maker trade certification or equivalent experience considered an asset. 2+ years of experience in cabinet making, woodworking, millwork, or manufacturing.

Experience operating woodworking machinery and power tools.

Ability to read and interpret shop drawings, blueprints, and specifications.

Strong attention to detail, measurement accuracy, and quality.

Excellent organizational and time-management skills.

Commitment to workplace safety and continuous improvement.

Previous machine operator experience is considered an asset.
