Join Squamish Nation as a Child and Youth Wellness & Addiction Therapist, committed to the mental wellbeing of Indigenous youth in Squamish, BC. This role is full time and rooted in community values.

You'll deliver culturally safe, trauma-informed counseling and engage collaboratively with families to enhance wellness. Your work will span individual and group therapy, crisis intervention, and community education. A Master's degree and clinical experience working with youth are essential for this position.

Key Responsibilities:
• Provide culturally informed assessments and counseling
• Develop individualized treatment and wellness strategies
• Facilitate therapeutic groups and wellness initiatives
• Coordinate with community and partner organizations




• Document and track patient progress and outcomes

Requirements:
• Master’s degree in Counseling, Psychology, or Social Work
• 6 to 8 years experience providing therapy for youth
• Registration with a recognized professional organization
• Experience with Indigenous community engagement
• Valid Driver's License for travel within the region
