We are looking for an experienced Tandem/Mainframe Developer to join the RBC team. The ideal candidate should have strong hands‑on experience with Tandem/HP NonStop and Mainframe technologies , preferably within the banking or financial services domain.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop, enhance, and maintain applications on Tandem/HP NonStop and Mainframe platforms.

Analyze business and technical requirements and develop appropriate solutions.

Perform coding, testing, debugging, and production support.

Troubleshoot application and system issues.

Work with cross‑functional teams to deliver application changes.

Support application enhancements, maintenance, and releases.

Prepare technical documentation as required.

Required Skills:

Strong hands‑on experience with Tandem / HP NonStop .

Knowledge of COBOL and JCL .

Experience with application development, testing, and production support.

Strong troubleshooting and problem‑solving skills.

Valuable communication and teamwork skills.

Preferred:

Experience working with RBC or other major banking environments .

Experience with Tandem COBOL, NonStop, TAL, or related technologies .
