In this vital role, you’ll manage the operation of recycling vehicles, maintaining routes that service multiple municipalities from Wawa to Timmins. An Ontario DZ driver’s license and a proactive approach to safety are required as you engage with clients and ensure timely collections. Overnight travel is a standard part of this job, adding variety to your work week.
Key Responsibilities:
• Safely operate recycling collection vehicles
• Serve various customer sites according to the routes
• Complete pre- and post-trip vehicle checks
• Maintain streamlined communication with operations
• Provide high-quality customer service in all interactions
Requirements:
• Valid Ontario DZ driver’s license with clean record
• At least one year of driving experience
• Ability to lift 50 lbs and travel extensively
• Flexible schedule for rotating work days
• Solid time management and independent working skills
